Peach Orange Marmalade

Preserving Peaches       Grow Your Own Peaches 

2 dozen peaches
3.5 lbs. sugar
4 medium oranges

Grind the peaches and oranges
Then mix in sugar before letting it stand overnight.

The Next day, boil the fruit mixture to consistency of jam.

Pour into 1/2 or 1 pint jars.

Adjust lids.
Process in hot water bath[1] until boiling.  

Complete jar seals.
