Tomato Pudding Tomato Pudding Doesn't sound too appetizing but TRY IT.... YOU"LL LIKE IT ! 1 cup. brown sugar 1 cup. tomato puree 1/4 cup water 2 cup bread cubes 1/4 cu soy butter, melted Combine brown sugar, tomato puree, and water. Cook 5 minutes. While tomato mixture is cooking, put bread cubes in a small sprayed casserole and pour butter over. Top with piping hot tomato mixture. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes. This can be doubled without doubling the butter. This is not a low-fat recipe, but the amount of butter could be reduced with good results.
